Job description
We are currently looking for a Sales Administrator/Receptionist, willing to represent the Dealership in a professional and confident way, with excellent customer/communication skills at a concierge level.
We are a founding Acura Dealership in a Brand New State of the Art Facility, in our 36th year serving the Aurora and Newmarket area including the GTA.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate a Muti-Line phone system in a courtious and timely manner.
- Stocking and organizing New and Used Vehicles.
- Greeting Customers.
- Licensing and Clerical duties.
Qualifications:
- Previous Dealer experience.
- Excellent Communications.
- Organization, Muti-Tasking Skills and attention to detail.
- Customer friendly attitude.
- ADP/180 Experience an asset.
- Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
