At CheckSammy, you'll play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams. Your mission will be to craft product requirements, orchestrate feature prioritizations, and ensure the delivery of top-tier products efficiently and within budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically define and arrange product features and improvements, leveraging market insights, customer input, and overarching business goals.
- Craft and oversee a product roadmap that syncs with CheckSammy's strategic ambitions and priorities.
- Forge strong collaborations with engineering and design teams to convert product visions into technical blueprints and intuitive designs.
- Partner with marketing and sales departments to create compelling go-to-market strategies and launch plans for fresh products and features.
- Monitor vital performance indicators to assess product success and pinpoint optimization opportunities.
- Keep a pulse on industry movements and competitive landscapes to steer product strategy and roadmap planning.
- Champion the product's vision, detailing its features and advantages to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Act as the go-to expert for product-related queries, feedback, and support needs.
- Propel continuous enhancement and innovation within product development methodologies and practices.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, with a preference for experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in a Product Manager capacity or similar, showcasing a history of successful product launches and management from inception to market introduction.
- A solid grasp of product management frameworks, including Agile development techniques.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving prowess, with a knack for making informed, data-driven choices and juggling multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and working collaboratively across diverse teams.
- Proven leadership talent, with the ability to guide and energize team members towards common objectives.
- A fervent interest in technology and innovation, underpinned by a thorough understanding of customer needs and market trends.
- Must be able to travel.
- Experience working with SaaS companies is a plus.
