KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Manufacturing Engineer you will:

- Investigate and resolve issues on the shop floor related to manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives, applying principles such as LEAN and KAIZEN to identify and eliminate inefficiencies, reduce waste, and improve overall productivity and quality.
- Utilize Autodesk Inventor software for design, modeling, and analysis to optimize manufacturing processes and address technical challenges.

QUALIFICATIONS
As the Manufacturing Engineer, you will bring:

- Bachelors degree in manufacturing or mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in Autodesk and Inventor software.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of design principles in manufacturing.
