Job description

Our client is looking for a Site Merchandising Specialist for a 10 month contract in Mississauga. This is hybrid role (2-3 days in the office).
Pay rate: $28.00 / Hour
Working hours: 37.5hrs/week

Responsibilities
As a Site Merchandising Specialist, your duties may include but not be limited to:
•Leveraging data sources from web analytics, customer research, vendor partners, and industry reports to constantly improve customer satisfaction for a portfolio of categories, seasonal events, new programs, and corporate initiatives
•Developing experiences in support of corporate marketing programs to ensure best reflects the core messages for our customers across all owned digital touchpoints
•Briefing key delivery teams on elements required to bring experiences to life, and program managing those elements from strategy through to deployment

•Collaborating with technology teams to apply automation to ensure site experiences that are personalized, data-driven, and optimized to generate long term customer loyalty
•Utilizing A/B testing as a key process to shape future site experiences and make data driven decisions
•Researching, documenting, and maintaining best practices for digital and mobile across key experiences
•Coordinating and integrating efforts through partnership with senior leadership in Merchandising, Marketing, and Technology

Qualifications
•Practical, Technical and Professional Knowledge/Skills Subject Matter Expertise, Deep experience with web analytics and customer research
•Problem Solving Develops comprehensive solutions, ability to work in an agile environment
•Purpose of Communication Persuading, presenting data and site experiences
•Minimum Years of Experience Required 2 years
