Role Description
After a record breaking year with $2.3 million in sales and 46% growth year over year we have decided to open up additional positions for 2023. If you are hard-working, motivated, and a team player then we have a position for you ! We are especially seeking candidates for leadership opportunities who want to grow with us. This is a full-time remote role for an Remote Sales Manager. The Remote Sales Manager will identify potential clients, educate clients on various insurance plans, answer questions, and process documentation to close sales. The Remote Sales Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and developing lasting relationships with clients.

- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in customer service and/or sales a definite asset

Responsibilities
- Presenting and explaining insurance products and benefits packages over Zoom to warm lead clients
- Engage families to explain insurance options to protect the family in the future.
- Update reports, records and other organizational tools to accurately report progress
- Complete Insurance applications
- No cold calling, prospecting, or paying for leads
- Actively recruit, mentor, train your team
- Attending ongoing training sessions to improve throughout your career
