Job description
Permacon, a CRH Company, is a leader and pioneer in the manufacturing of concrete masonry and landscaping products. Permacon is a division of Oldcastle APG and operates 9 plants in Ontario and Quebec.
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator to fill a position at our Milton facility.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Administrator will be primarily responsible for providing exceptional service to our team by ensuring, among other things, the accuracy of invoices and delivery of products on time.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Process customer returns, credit and MRT’s
- Process customer sales leads
- Process freight bills and freight statements
- Fall back in every customer service phone queue
- Process credit card payments and reconciliations
- Provide information requested by customers in a timely fashion
- Ensure the accuracy of invoices (STNI) and the on-time delivery of orders
- Build strong relationships both internally and externally
- Support the Sales team as required
- Assist with inventory entry and adjustments
- Process customer orders/help with driver tickets during the busy season
- Other tasks as assigned by the Manager
Qualifications required:
- Two years of experience in customer service or transport logistics
- High school diploma
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good computer knowledge and skills
- Sense of teamwork and initiative
- Ability to multitask and manage stress well
- Strong attention to detail
