Greeting customers and presenting menus
Taking orders and communicating with kitchen staff
Serving food and beverages to customers
Providing excellent customer service and answering questions about the menu and food
Up-selling when appropriate and suggesting items based on customer preferences
Arranging table settings and keeping tables clean and tidy
Listening to customer complaints and addressing them appropriately
Handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to patrons, balancing the cash register.
Must have Food Safe Course & S.I.R. Certificate.
