Your responsibilities:
Assist exceptional founders in problem statement identification, value proposition design, and the development of viable business models
Facilitate co-creation, design workshops, and rapid prototyping for user-centric product development
Support founders in developing and testing business models and value propositions, and in formulating critical hypotheses for customer validation
Develop and implement venture design best practices for the program curriculum
Collaborate with cross-functional departments of Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to foster teamwork and achieve shared goals
Your profession:
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree is building your theoretical knowledge base
Extensive experience in strategic & UX design, product management, or venture development, possibly within startups, venture studios, or digital agencies
Proficiency in business case development, rapid prototyping, and user testing and familiarity with analytical methods and models for evaluating customer needs, business models, and market trends
Basic technical understanding (IoT & AI)
Leadership, communication, adaptability, resilience, and a systematic approach to work
Proven expertise and enthusiasm for B2B business models spanning multiple industries.
