Advantages

- 37.5 hours per week (8:30am to 5:00pm);
- On site operations
- 4 weeks of vacation time;
- 5 Paid Personal Days per year
- Permanent position;

- Salary between $70,000 and 84,000$ (based on experience);

- Plus an additional 7%-10% Bonus based on performance.

Responsibilities
What your day will look like working as an Experienced Property Manager located in the Montreal area:

• Management of all aspects of assigned real estate
• Design of business plans for assigned real estate in accordance with client needs
• Inspection and organization of maintenance to meet standards
• Maintaining positive and productive relationships with tenants
• Negotiating leases/contracts with subcontractors in a timely and reliable manner
• Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants
• Collection of accounts receivable and management of operating costs
• Develop and manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements and analyzing variances, data and trends
• Fulfill financial objectives and report periodically regarding financial results
• Update your knowledge regarding the position and the market

Qualifications
What you need to have for this Experienced Property Manager position located in the Montreal area:

• Proven professional experience as a property manager
• Full understanding of property management and related financial aspects
• Thorough knowledge of all rules and regulations relating to property management
• Customer focused and financial orientation
• Interpersonal know-how with strong communication and presentation skills
• Well organized with excellent time management skills
