Job description
As Parts Counter Specialist reporting to the Parts Manager of an established equipment dealership in east Regina, you will enjoy communicating with customers and providing parts sales/service for construction and related equipment. In this role, you will:
- Greet and provide a high level of counter parts sales and service to customers requesting parts for construction machinery and equipment. Assist customers in person, on the phone and through email.
- Process customer orders and accept payments by cash, debit or credit card for parts and equipment.
- Assist in-house service technicians in determining parts and accessory needs for service and repair work.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of parts to meet customer needs. Receive parts from distributors, process and check items received against invoices; assign part numbers and bin locations. Review vendor invoices for accuracy. Stock shelves and maintain a well-organized storage and inventory system.
- Must have a valid class 5 drivers license, and clear criminal record check.
Experience:
- 2+ years parts/service experience in the construction, automotive or agriculture field is preferred. Related mechanic, technician or service advisor experience is an asset.
- Some knowledge and experience with word, excel, powerpoint, email and the ability to learn in-house inventory and purchasing systems.

- Highly organized, outgoing and brings strong communication skills.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 5:00
