Your new role
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will work alongside the accounting team to play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial health of our clients' business. Your meticulous attention to detail, unwavering commitment to accuracy, and dedication to excellence will directly impact our day-to-day operations.
What you'll need to succeed
2+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
Experience managing high volume invoices and vendors (300+ vendors, 100+ invoices per day).
Formal education in Accounting.
Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with team members and vendors.
Excellent organizational skills.
Costing and PPV experience is considered an asset.
Experience with NetSuite is considered an asset.
