Production supervisor

We currently have an urgent need for a production supervisor in a leading cardboard processing company in the Ville Saint-Laurent sector. You will have to work at the heart of the operations of an active and dynamic factory.

Responsibilities
Your main tasks will be:
- Mobilize and guide a production team over two shifts
- Manage and evaluate production staff
- Ensure that the factory is properly staffed to ensure an adequate production rate
- Ensure effective communication between employees and management
- Enforce company policies and rules
- Optimize processes to ensure product quality

- Management of raw material inventories
- Propose solutions to improve the efficiency of operations
- Perform cost control
- Implement a continuous improvement process
- Plan operations to meet deadlines
- Management of health and safety at work

Qualifications
