Job Description:Job Description POSITION SUMMARY:This position with A1 Granite & Marble Ltd. requires individual interaction with customers, developing relationships with customers, assisting customers with product choices according to their specific needs and product availability, providing ongoing support to customers up to product delivery. This position requires substantial knowledge of products sold. ABOUT US:A1 Granite & Marble Ltd. Is one of the industry leader supplying granite, marble, quartz countertops. We have latest technology and highly equipped production facility to serve finest quality of finished product. We carry more than 60 colors of natural stone in slabs from Brazil, India, China, and beyond.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Grow sales with new business prospects as well as current customers.Build relationships with customers.Responsible for pro-actively generating appointments with both customers and prospects.In-person visits to customers.Close deals and work together with personnel to submit orders.Assist in house production team with the ordering and fabricating process, co ordinating between customer and production team at all stages including selection, scheduling, measurement and install.Achieve or exceed all established sales goals monthly, quarterly, and annually.Provide feedback and scheduled reports to management as indicated.Attend and participate in special events and trade-shows as required by management.Assist clients in selecting slabs for their overall project(s).Help coordinate marketing and outreach efforts to architects, designers, homebuilders, and the general public through various channels.Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely manner and as required. Perform additional duties as assigned, including answering the phones, organize the designer room, file paperwork, and answer any questions the customer might have.POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: Must demonstrate sales skills in a fast-paced, goal oriented, sales environment.Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and written.Must be self-driven, organized and detailed oriented.Must have appropriate manners and be presentable.Must be punctual and have consistent attendance. Ability to work well with others and have good conduct.Natural Stone sales experience preferred.Demonstrate design skills and architectural knowledge.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Degree/Diploma in related industry preferred.Sales experience in industry preferred (architectural, design, or construction).COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:Competitive Salary + Commission; commensurate with experienceOpportunities for advancement
