The Opportunity!
Reporting to the Director of Client Relations, the Account Relations role provides our clients with unparalleled day-to-day customer service, supporting all membership management requests.
A day in the life -
Support our client’s membership lifecycle from application to renewal,
Document collection and review, ensuring the quality of documents received is sufficient,
Work with home builders and introduce them to our online database WIMS, training them on database functionality and assisting as necessary,
Walk existing clients through requirements of their membership between acceptance and renewals,
Maintain a current understanding of specified sections of the acts and regulations regarding home warranty insurance in the geographical area of responsibility,
Provide builders with guidance with respect to their obligations/requirements under home warranty protection regulations,
Quote and cross-sell insurance,
Administrative duties as reasonably required.
What you will bring to our team -
Level 1 or 2 General Insurance License or the willingness and desire to obtain.
Proficient technical skills (i.e., Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other standard business software.)
Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
Exceptional communication, both verbal and written.
Ability to work in a team and independently.
Self-motivated and a positive attitude.
Experience in New Home Warranty, Insurance and/or Construction would be considered an asset.
Post-Secondary education would be considered an asset.
Salary Expectations -
The expected starting salary for this position is $45,000.00 to $55,000.00 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses, and commissions for some positions.
