JOB SUMMARY:
To perform routine examinations in general radiography and computed tomography (CT scan). Assist radiologist during fluoroscopic examinations and other special or interventional procedure.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduation from an approved school of diagnostic medical radiation technology;
- Registered with the Canadian and New Brunswick Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT, NBAMRT);
- Recent experience in CT;
- Current BLS certificate;
- Adaptability;
- Ability to work independently and as a team member;
- Physical ability to perform assigned duties;
- Good previous work history (performance and attendance);
- Adherence to professional ethics principles, to the Network management philosophy and organizational values;
- Compliance with the rules of confidentiality established by the Vitalité Health Network.
NOTE:
- Will be required to work at St. Joseph's Community Health Center when needed
