Job Description
- Assist in the coordination of day-to-day activities on construction sites.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project progress, including daily logs, inspection reports, and material deliveries.
- Monitor and report on site safety procedures and compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate efficient workflow.
- Support the site management team in various administrative tasks as needed.

The Successful Applicant
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Diploma or degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- Knowledge of construction terminology and processes.
- Familiarity with construction software and project management tools.
