310T Mechanic - $36-$43.20/ hr - North York

Calling all 310T Mechanics in and around North York!!

Ready to put your skills into high gear?
We're on the lookout for experienced and licensed 310T Mechanics to join a 3rd generation family owned and operated dealership in North York.

This permanent position is freshly opened, just like the hood of a well-oiled truck, to support their extended hours, weekends (I know! Weekends? Keep reading there are perks).

If you're passionate about trucks and freightliners, and you're ready to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty, then buckle up, because this is the job for you!

Hours: Friday - Sunday 7am-7pm (work 36 hours but get paid for 40) - in the beginning you would be joining a 4x10 M-F schedule until the weekend team is assembled!
Salary: $36-$43.20 an hour (based off experience)

Responsibilities
As a 310T Mechanic for this great company located in North York, a normal day would include:
- get under the hood and perform maintenance and repairs like a pro
- troubleshoot mechanical issues and recommend solutions with precision
- conduct inspections and preventative maintenance to keep the fleet running smoothly
- collaborate with the team to keep the wheel turning and the engines purring
- meticulous records of your work, because when it comes to quality, details matter
- follow health and safety guidelines and policies - stay alert, stay safe

Qualifications
Who is the perfect match for this position?
- hold a valid 310T license (if you’ve got it, flaunt it)
- have previous experience in truck and freightliner maintenance and repair
- possess strong diagnostic skills (you can spot a problem from a mile away)
- be a team player - because teamwork makes the dreamwork
- have an eye for detail and a commitment to quality workmanship - because we don’t cut corners, we fix them!
