Customer Service Representative

Job description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who will serve customers by providing product and service information and resolve product and service problems in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a personable and hard-working individual who can deliver awesome customer service to our existing customers through Phone, Teams and Email.
This is an onsite position for our offices at 3535 Laird Rd. Mississauga. The hours will be 8-4 or 9-5, Monday to Friday.
What You'll Do
- Answer customer service calls
- Daily tracking data and maintaining reports
- Sourcing information from multiple areas and processing it efficiently
- Following up with users/customers multiple times per week using email, teams and phone calls
- Producing inventory location reports
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Applications & phone system – Strong computer skills are required
- Address customer inquiries related to order returns or order issues in a timely, professional manner
- Ensure appropriate resolution to any outstanding order issue is completed.
- Address internal department inquiries in a timely, professional manner. Ensure appropriate resolution to any outstanding task is completed.
- Document and communicate customer issues and/or complaints at the account level.
- Process & approve returns (RMAs) & track RMAs in our system with notes & follow-ups with customers or internal departments to see the RMA closes out properly.
