Job description

Our client a project-based company is looking for their next great senior accountant /controller reporting to the Director of finance you will oversee the month-end process. implement policies and procedures, participate in projects., manage the cash flow and so much more. if you are looking for your next great role this is it ** 100% on-site ** is required.

Responsibilities
Ensure monthly closing of accounts in their entirety.
Produce monthly financial statements.
Prepare quarterly reports and dashboards.
Perform various financial analyses.
Manage cash flow and produce cash flow forecasts.
Verify payroll information with ADP.
Coordinate annual audit.
Support the Finance Director in continuous improvement initiatives.
Actively participate in the implementation of the new ERP system.
Prepare and submit mandatory tax returns (GST/QST, CNESST, etc.).

Qualifications
Pre-CPA or CPA
3-5 yrs of exp in accounting (including some managerial functions)
Bilingual ( strong French) and F/S done in English
Experience with an ERP ( Dynamics, Netsuite, or Oracle, SAP )
Strong Excel skills
