Great opportunity 

Our client is looking for a full-time personal lines CSR (may include a little commercial lines payments and billing). Has no problem with training 1-3 years experience required. 

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to an existing book of business
• Day to day client servicing including renewal reviews
• Claims intake and reporting to the company
• Claims follow-up
• Ability to advise coverage’s and policies that best meet the client needs

Requirement:

• RIBO Licensed 
• 1-3 years personal lines experience 
• SigXP experience would be an asset
