Who We Are
The SFU Scheduling team oversees the scheduling of SFU’s undergraduate and graduate credit courses. It is a service-driven department, providing support to academic departments in the creation of class schedules in goSFU and allocating general teaching space as dictated by university policy.
About the Role
The Scheduling Assistant performs complex and specialized clerical functions related to the creation and maintenance of the course timetable and final exam schedule, acts as an expert and resource person for inquiries from staff and faculty on course scheduling and related university policies and procedures. Provides guidance, training and subject matter expertise to undergraduate and graduate program assistants.
