Job description
We design and manufacture high- performance, high-quality table tennis gear for the recreational market. We're an online DTC brand with global sales in the USA, Canada, UK, and Europe, with revenue over $12M.
We are a small but mighty team with a passion for designing, marketing, and selling high-performance, high-quality table tennis equipment. We take great pride in serving our customers a best-in-class consumer experience –– and we believe that high-performance gear doesn't need to break the bank. Our team is growing as the company is in hyper-growth mode – expanding rapidly through global online marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart) and our own e-commerce website.
Position Details:
DTC/Shopify:
- Grow our Shopify DTC business to $1M by end of year
- Manage/execute/optimize Google Shopping and Meta Ads to drive traffic to our site in key regions (US, Canada, UK, Germany)
- Develop a deep understanding of the online consumer journey and path to purchase
- Create localized Shopify stores and experiences for all key regions (US, Canada, UK, Germany) – including translating our site, ads, emails, and other marketing communications
Email:
- Develop an “always-on” email marketing ecosystem to engage with and delight consumers at every point in their journey
- Identify ways to bring Amazon consumers into our email and site experience
- Manage email marketing campaigns to capture leads, close sales, build email lists, get reviews, and provide an outstanding post-purchase experience
Blog/SEO:
- Manage our blog and work with subject-matter experts (e.g. coaches, athletes) to develop relevant consumer content and to improve our domain authority
- Implement SEO best-practices and coordinate online partnerships & backlink opportunities
- Monitor and analyze conversion rates on Shopify, Amazon, Walmart – be obsessed with improving and optimizing our sites and landing pages to increase conversions
- Develop and execute New Product launch strategies for DTC and Amazon/Walmart
- Develop and manage new Affiliate and Blogger/Vlogger marketing opportunities
- Work with Brand Manager to optimize and keep our social media channels updated
Amazon/Walmart:
- Manage our Amazon/Walmart PPC agency to ensure they’re meeting (or exceeding) their KPIs and completing projects/updates on time.
- Manage Digital PR partners to continue to maximize off-Amazon brand exposure and affiliate links.
- Work with internal and external partners to improve Product
- Listing Page conversion rates on Amazon and Walmart
