Position: Senior Financial Planning Manager (FP&A) 

Location: Listowel, ON

Salary: $95,000 - $100,000 Yearly

Industry: Manufacturing / Finance/ Forecasting/ Budgeting 

Employment Term: Full Time / Permanent

Schedule: Hybrid

Roles & Responsibilities : 

• Lead the development of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts 
• Work collaboratively with department heads to align financial objectives with overall company goals
• Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, providing financial insights and support key decisions
• Conduct in-depth analysis of financial and operational performance, identifying trends and opportunities
• Provide recommendations to improve quality, profitability, efficiency, and overall business performance
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning
• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and budgeting process
• Identify cost saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize financial performance 
• Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications & Experience : 

• MBA or Post Secondary education in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Proven 4 – 7 years of experience in an accounting or financial role preferably in a manufacturing environment
• CPA designation is a definite asset
• Experience with ERP systems and related software such as Power BI etc.
• Experience in developing financial models
• Advanced proficiency in using MS tools
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
