Our client, a world-leading CPG company in Markham is looking for Maintenance Supervisor to join the team.
Job type: Full-time permanent position
Working location: Markham, ON
Shift available: Afternoon shift and Night shift
As the point of contact and communication between Previous and Next Shifts, Maintenance Supervisor is required to coordinate all lines activities with production teams, including:
- Sending the detailed shift report by the end of the shift.
- Responsible for mechanics to be assigned to their lines, asking for OT, Vacations and attendance.
- Coaching, guiding, and supporting all business unit mechanics.
- Ensuring that all business unit lines are running efficiently, lead investigation of issues affecting KPI
- Provide a list of required replacement parts when required (worn out, spares, and for improvement).
- Work closely with CO coordinators making sure that the parts are clean and ready for any upcoming CO.
- Participating in CO projects.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of management and leadership experience in the manufacturing industry
- Must have pharmaceutical or food industry packaging filling experience
- Strong communication skills, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills
- Skilled in using BI Tools to drive operational KPIs.
- Experience with MS Office and SAP
