SRED.io is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team as we continue to grow.

As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing high-caliber talent for our organization, with a specific focus on low-volume, high-impact recruitment. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Networking and Outreach: Proactively identify and connect with top-tier candidates through various networking channels, both online and in-person.

• Headhunting: Utilize your expertise in headhunting to target and attract candidates with the perfect fit for our organization.

• Candidate Alignment: Assess and ensure alignment with our core values, emphasizing multitasking abilities, customer orientation, and a strong interest in cutting-edge technology and internet security/cybersecurity.

• Utilize Tools: Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Zoominfo, and other relevant tools to identify and engage potential candidates.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Recruiter, with a focus on niche, hard-to-fill positions.
• Strong proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Zoominfo, and other sourcing tools.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to assess candidates for alignment with organizational values and technical requirements.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated success in a low-volume, high-caliber recruitment environment.
