- Successfully manage and execute ICI construction projects from conception to completion.
- Provide overall planning, coordination, and control of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Oversee pre-construction activities, including estimating, budgeting, and vendor management.
- Coordinate construction activities and documentation, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Facilitate the delivery phase, including turnover record document production and project closeout.

The Successful Applicant
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ICI construction project management.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and MS Office.
- Bachelor's degree. PMP or other certification an asset
