Legal Counsel will provide legal advice and promote risk management among business units within Honda's Canadian businesses, including Honda Canada Inc., Honda Canada Finance Inc., and Honda Trading Canada Inc
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide high quality legal support on matters across various legal practice areas, including: corporate, commercial, financial services, disputes, employment, marketing and advertising, franchising and distribution, and consumer protection
Administer and manage file systems and corporate contract registry
Support management of legal department administration matters
Support regular reporting to senior leadership and external auditors
Develop and sustain effective and collaborative professional working
