Job Description

Reservations Agent

All guest service has the potential to create a lasting memory when it is delivered with warmth and sincerity. Be an ambassador of our brand, where the engaging and anticipative service you provide will make our guests feel valued and reflect the exceptional hotel experience to come.

We are looking for candidates who can start in  April/May 2024.

Rate of Pay:

$19.25 per hour

What you will be doing:

• Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service
• Book and enter room reservation requests
• Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
• Update reservations ensuring a flawless check in and check out process
• Process advance payments on all reservations
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous customer related experience is required
• Previous Property Manager System experience is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
• High attention to detail

Physical aspects include but are not limited to:

• Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting

Additional Information

Visa Requirements : Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
