Handle the customers complaints and questions about the store and products.
Supervise and coordinate the related staff, and prepare work schedules.
Resolved the problems according to the company policy in a nice manner.
Coordinate with the staff to increase daily sales and customer satisfaction.
Received the merchandise and pricing of goods, and entered in the system.
Managed the store inventory and made the order sheet and placed the order according to the need.
Transferred all the details, complaints, and sales information to the next shift supervisor.
Keeping the store clean all the time is the top priority and properly sanitized.
Responsible for training the new employees according to their duties.
Create the performance report for the employee and also create the sales report.
