- Assist in the management of multiple ICI construction building projects concurrently
- Attend project meetings with project team
- Assist PM in project monitoring and scheduling activities
- Provide support to the Site Superintendent on trade coordination
- Manage documents and paperwork for all responsible projects
- All other duties as required

The Successful Applicant
- 2-4 years of project coordination experience in the local ICI market, working for an established general contractor
- Project experience in the institutional and commercial sectors, mainly renovations, between $1M and $20M in scope is preferred
- Educational background in engineering, construction management or related discipline
- Excellent technical computer and organizational skills
- Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mentality
What's on Offer
Salary $75,000 - $85,000 based on experience.
