As a Registered Nurse, you'll be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and implementing evidence-based practices to improve resident outcomes. You'll use your clinical skills and critical thinking to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, all while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor of Science or Diploma in Nursing and registered with the Provincial Association of Registered Nurses
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the Nova Scotia College of Nursing
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts inclusive of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Experience working with the elderly in a seniors' living or long-term care environment (an asset)
• A current and original copy of a satisfactory Criminal Records Check is required upon the start of your employment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills
• BLS/CPR certification
