Creative Works Psychological Services Inc. aims to provide the best practice psychological and counselling services to all clients in a client-centered practice.

Clients can expect professionalism and expert knowledge in the designated area of psychology and counselling when they are receiving service. Interventions are geared to what is suitable to the client and how they will best receive the service. Caring, compassionate, approaches are used to meet client’s needs.

The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.

Responsibilities

• Answer and screen phone calls
• Manage email inboxes
• Communicate professionally with third parties including clients
• Greet visitors and see them to their room with a beverage
• General clerical duties
• Manage electronic and hard copy filing system
• Handle information requests
• Resolve administrative issues and inquiries
• Document management including correspondence, reporting, scoring tests and drafting memos
• Handle and coordinate active calendars
• Schedule and confirm meetings
• Manage petty cash, office inventory and supplies
• Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
• Other admin duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in an office management setting
• Knowledge of file management systems and processes
• Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
