Company description Mississauga Region Window Cleaning is a home maintenance company that provides window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing to households and commercial buildings. Job description We are currently looking for extremely motivated, hard-working, and eager candidates for our marketing and sales positions to help expand our business within the community. If you are passionate about great company culture, people who are goal-oriented, and love meeting new people, keep reading! What will the position consist of?

• You will be canvassing door to door offering homeowners free estimates for our window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing services
• Fulling trained on how to pitch to clients, and objection handle, build rapport, and book quality estimates with our potential clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Give quality information about our home maintenance services
• Brand growth
• Generate leads, as well as convert those leads to estimates at the door
• Building rapport with potential customers
• Potential for future promotions within the company. Our Top workers will have the opportunity to be trained to sell directly to clients by performing estimates and booking job

Job Requirements and Benefits

• Must have a reliable form of transportation
• Outgoing and motivated
• Must be willing to work outside for long periods of time
• 10-15 hours per week
• Full training will be provided
• Positions run from Present-May and Present to August
• On-the-job support to ensure you can make the most of your days
