Job description

We are seeking experienced Roofing and Cladding Workers for a 12-18 month contract in Courtenay, B.C. This role focuses on the installation of fiber cement cladding on the exteriors of buildings, offering an exciting opportunity for skilled professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, repair, and replace fiber cement cladding systems on building exteriors.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
- Prepare and clean up job sites.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in roofing, cladding, specifically with fiber cement materials.
- Skilled in working at heights and in diverse weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
