Job description

Are you able to document accurately and record customer/client information? Are you looking to gain experience within a top 5 bank? Do you have excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills? Do you have data entry experience? If so, this would be a great opportunity for you!

Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for a Data Entry Clerk for a 6 month contract in Markham. This is hybrid role - 3 days per week remote, 2 days onsite - Tues, Thurs in office – this is non-negotiable. Potential for contract extension.
Pay rate: $19.50/ Hour
Working Hours: Mon- Fri, 8:30-4:30 in office, remote 9-5
Training: hybrid (non-negotiable must come in office Tuesday and Thursdays)
Overtime is required, after 5 pm

Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Clerk, your duties will include:
•Entering data
•Processing Regulatory Documents
•Sorting and opening mail
•Logging mail in our book of record
•Maintaining logs of activities and completed work

•Sending emails to our partners

Qualifications
•1-2+ yrs Data entry exp. (accuracy & speed)
•Proficient with MS Office (Word, and Strong Excel)
•Positive attitude
•High school diploma
•Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
•Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
•High school required.
