Project Manager
Salary $115K-$135K (depending on experience) + package
OUR CLIENT
Our client is a proactive Construction and Design Management firm that takes a holistic approach to the building process. From inception to occupancy, the strength and transparency of our integrated process develops smarter teams that deliver a better build, every time. We are looking for new team members that want to change the way buildings are designed and constructed.
JOB DUTIES Develop project plans and associated communications documents.
Estimate the resources and personnel required to achieve project goals.
Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
Assess need for additional staff and/or consultants; liaise with department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within and/or outside the organization.
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
Track project milestones and deliverables.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5-10 years of relevant full cycle multistory residential experience in a Construction environment as a PM or an Assistant Project Manager
Experience managing multiple large construction contracts involving consultants, construction firms and subcontractors alongside other parties.
Solid background in preparing and administering consulting and construction agreements.
Knowledgeable of the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
