Your new role
The new role is for a Senior Project Manager - High Rise Residential, who has an excellent opportunity to manage a 3M+ square foot project containing 6+ towers over a long duration in the coming years. This individual will help manage / support the team in a multitude of ways while positioning themselves to become a Director in the future. The Senior PM will be responsible for the execution and delivery of large condo projects of 50 storeys plus ensuring the highest of quality and within budget. They will do so from pre-construction right through to occupancy.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful Senior Project Manager candidate will have at least 10 years in the High Rise Residential construction business. They will have full life cycle experience of managing condominium projects of 45 plus storeys and preferable complexes with multiple towers. This individual will be an effective communicator, a leader within their business and has the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
