Job details AFIMAC is actively seeking an experienced IT Help Desk Technician to provide critical support for end-user devices. The position will be located at our head office in Guelph, ON. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT support, with a strong emphasis on resolving technical issues and optimizing technology use
Responsibilities
Install and configure software and hardware, adhering to department standards
Set up accounts, with a preference for experience in Active Directory and O365 Administration.
Conduct onsite and remote troubleshooting through advanced diagnostic techniques.
Resolve technical hardware and software issues efficiently and provide exceptional customer service
Redirect unresolved issues to higher-level support personnel
Collaborate with external vendors, including Managed
