We are looking to hire a Design Strategist. This is expected to be approximately a 1.5 year contract opportunity
Role Description We are looking for a bright, curious, and creative design strategist to help Canada Life enhance the financial, mental, and physical health of Canadians. This is your opportunity to work with a team of researchers, designers, engineers, and other digital specialists to help transform one of Canada’s largest, most trusted companies as part of our Marketing and Experience team
Based in London or Toronto, Ontario, and reporting to the Director, Strategic Initiatives and Innovation, the Design Strategist works with stakeholders across the organization to grow our understanding of pressing business and customer needs. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including business partners, designers, researchers, and technical subject matter experts to chart a clear direction for Canada Life’s customer experience ecosystem, bringing our digital vision to life
What you will do What you will bring The base salary for this position is between $61,900- $114,500 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you
