Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user needs and business requirements.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts and gather feedback.
- Design user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications, ensuring usability and accessibility.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate on designs.
- Stay updated on design trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
- Proven experience in UX/UI design, with expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and process.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Understanding of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
