Job description

Our client, a prominent leader in food and pharmacy services based in Ajax, ON, has partnered with Kelly to seek a  Transportation Billing Coordinator  for a 6-12 month contract within their transportation division.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing and managing all paperwork related to driver time sheets.
• Assess workflow accuracy and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Identify any discrepancies or additional charges through thorough paperwork and systems validation.
• Create carrier invoicing templates and promptly review and process corrections in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills to efficiently handle paperwork and ensure workflow accuracy.
• Attention to detail to identify errors in paperwork and maintain invoicing accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
