Job description
We are currently seeking a Senior Product Advisor/Sales Advisor with Toyota sales experience to join our growing sales team!
The Product Advisor is responsible for developing ongoing and long-term relationships with guests while being a product specialist advising guests on the right vehicle purchase. As a team player, the Product Advisor strives to develop collaborative relationships throughout the dealership.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and exceed sales goals.
- Work with guests to understand their needs and answer questions or concerns.
- Develop and maintain full knowledge of all products available services, pricing and key features.
- Build strong relationships with guests to help grow the sales network.
- Ensure that every vehicle delivery is special for the guests.
- Maintain and exceed sales goals.
- Additional duties assigned.
Successful Candidates Possess:
- Valid OMVIC certification.
- Automotive sales experience and Toyota experience is a requirement.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Clear criminal background check.
- Professional demeanour and appearance.
- Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Self-motiving with excellent work ethic.
- Ability to problem solve and high attention to detail.
- Loves a fast pace environment.
- Computer skills and understanding of technology.
- Experience with a CRM tool is considered an asset.
- Ability to work evenings and Saturdays.
