Job description

John Walker Insurance is seeking a Commercial Insurance Broker for our well-established independent insurance brokerage.

Responsibilities

• Build a strong relationship with New and Existing clients.
• Sales and service of commercial insurance products
• Identify new synergies and growth opportunities.
• Prepare proposals and submissions.
• Process Policy Endorsements.
• Maintain a good working relationship with underwriters and company partners.
• Review customers' insurance portfolio and identify potential exposures where you can suggest solutions that best meet the needs of customers.
• Be a team player with a great attitude to promote success.
• Have good knowledge of Commercial Property, Liability and Commercial Automobile offerings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years commercial insurance experience
• Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Knowledge in Power Broker and Policy Works and Commercial Express would be a definite asset
• Class 3 Insurance License
