Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a team of IT support specialists, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Prioritize and delegate support tickets and requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Develop and implement IT support policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze support metrics and KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in IT support management, with expertise in team leadership and technical support.
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
