Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are currently looking for (35) Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for one of our clients in the insurance industry.

What is in it for you:

Hourly salary of $25.04

6month contract.

Fulltime (37.50 hours per week).

Hybrid work 3 days of remote work and 2 days in the office (on Tuesdays and Wednesdays).

Training period: 4 to 6 weeks.

Weekday training schedule: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Posttraining weekday schedule: Rotational shifts 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

No weekend shifts.

3 weeks advance notice for assigned work shifts.

Responsibilities:

Handling of inquiries by phone from our customers and financial advisors regarding accounts products and procedures.

Providing an outstanding customer experience accurately and professionally.

Provide comprehensive information to callers resolving most queries on the first call by researching information on resource systems.

Meeting productivity and quality objectives established by the department as well as Customer Experience Call Audits.

What you will need to succeed:

Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).

Clear articulation abilities.

6 months of call center experience.

Experience in customer service.

Demonstrated empathy and patience with customers.

Experience in the financial services or personal insurance sector is an asset.

Proficient in understanding questions and/or requesting additional information or clarification for better comprehension.

Strong aptitude for questioning and innovation.

Ability to effectively multitask.

Quick learner with the capability to apply new knowledge.

Proficient in working in a highly structured environment.

Desire to make a difference in a customer s experience.

Desire to learn and grow in a dynamic global company.

Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.

Ability to accept regular feedback and implement suggested improvements.

Strong multitasking skills.

Exceptional attention to detail.
