As a Territory Relationship Manager at Inkeros, you will play a pivotal role in our events program, securing venues, optimizing event performance, and fostering lasting relationships with venue partners. We're looking for someone who embodies our core values, specifically a high level of ambition, and knows how to hustle to help us scale quickly and efficiently.
What would the main responsibilities be?
Booking Events/Buildings:
- Conduct a minimum of 20 building visits daily to secure event bookings for sales teams.
- Achieve a minimum target of 16 bookings per month with either grassroots events, condos, or apartments
- Collaborate with property management teams to finalize contracts and schedule site visits.
- Execute thorough post-event evaluations to assess venue suitability for future events.
- Navigate objections from potential clients and build rapport with diverse personalities.
- Stay motivated and resilient in the face of rejection, leveraging challenges as opportunities for growth.
Event Performance:
- Manage event logistics, including on-site visits, resource provision, and promotional activities.
- Provide detailed sales funnel reports and strategies for rebooking to management.
- Have a minimum of 8 events hit/surpass sales performance targets within a month
- Address technical challenges during events promptly and effectively.
- Lead post-event processes, including feedback collection and reconciliation with both venue partners and sales teams.
Maintaining Relationships:
- Cultivate strong relationships with venue owners and property management teams.
- Handle objections and challenges with professionalism and tact, ensuring positive outcomes.
- Foster open communication and collaboration with internal leadership for streamlined operations.
