Job Opportunity: People and Culture Generalist (Permanent)

Reporting to the Manager, People and Culture, the Generalist will consult, coach, and support all levels of employees and management within a non-unionized and unionized environment. Committed to understanding the business needs within Invest Nova Scotia, the Generalist will contribute to the People and Culture unit by providing advice and consultation on all human resource related matters; assisting in the design and implementation of new human resource strategies, policies, and processes; and building strong and respectful relationships that promote human resource programs and services to enhance the culture and work environment.

In this role, the successful candidate will:

Education/Professional Experience:

As the successful candidate you possess a bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Human Resources Management, combined with five (5) or more years of relevant experience. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
