Are you a customer service oriented individual looking for an opportunity in Inside Sales? Do you have strong proficiency using MS Office and AS400 software? Have you effectively built and maintained customer relationships and have electrical product knowledge experience??

If this sounds like we have an amazing permanent opportunity working with a well known electrical supply company in Kitchener, ON. as an Inside Sales Coordinator! The ideal candidate will have previous Inside Sales experience in a similar position, with electrical product knowledge.

Please note, this position is a fully on-site role based in Kitchener, ON.

Responsibilities
As the Inside Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for:
- Providing a high level of technical expertise and customer service
- Daily interaction with customers both in person and via phone and email

- Providing quotes, and determining if requested specifications are achievable and in line with customer's requirements
- Preparing invoices using internal AS400 & Ariba software
- Understanding the specific needs of each customer and exploring new customer opportunities
- General administrative duties to support the department
- Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Inside Sales Experience in a similar role with electrical product knowledge (1-2 years experience preferred)
- Strong proficiency with MS Office
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities
- Prior quotation experience in a similar industry
- Experience using AS400 & Ariba software a strong asset
