Join our team as a Food Service Attendant today!

As a Food Service Attendant, you are an integral part of our service team, and in this role, you enrich the lives of our residents by providing the highest quality culinary service in the dining room each and every day. Under the direction of the Culinary Manager, the you are responsible and accountable for the or the delivery and service of meals and nourishments, the cleanliness of the dietary areas, and maintenance of equipment in accordance with specific standards and regulations.

The following traits and qualifications are required:
Appropriate Food Service experience, skills and knowledge.
A valid Safe Food Handler's Certificate from local Publich Health, or equivalent food handling training program preferred
An understanding of food service and preparation is essential
Valid alcohol servicing certificate an asset
Must be able to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, in the English language
Dependable, responsible and an ability to work well with others in a team environment and independently
Demonstrates a positive attitude necessary to meet the goals and standards of the retirement community
Capable of working in fast-paced environment
