Job description
We’re seeking a capable District Manager to oversee regional operations for Bloomex. Individuals in this role take on a range of responsibilities that further the organization’s interests. The district manager will help ensure that Bloomex’s operations adhere to strict company and industry regulations. They will also ensure that the organization’s marketing efforts remain consistent across our locations, and will make bold decisions that position Bloomex to consistently succeed.
Objectives of this role
- Recruit, onboard and develop Store Managers that further Bloomex’s goals
- Support Store Managers hiring store associates
- Ensure operational efficiency for every store
- Unify marketing efforts across locations
- Improve customer service to elevate Bloomex’s brand
- Meet revenue goals across all locations
- Enact consistent safety, security, and cleanliness standards
- Sales and Community Engagement: Drive initiatives to boost store foot traffic and enhance community engagement, positioning Bloomex as a key community player.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing district sales results and trends to achieve sales increases and maximize sales
- Maintaining a good inventory mix and merchandise presentation to maximize sales results in each store
- Controlling payroll hours, cash control, conduct store audits and monitor inventory shrinkage
- Direct personnel recruitment, training processes and associates development
- Act as a liaison between the stores and the Head Office
- Ensure all locations adhere to corporate and legal guidelines
- Overcome operational challenges as they emerge
- Sales and Community Engagement: Drive initiatives to boost store foot traffic and enhance community engagement, positioning Bloomex as a key community player.
- Brand and Campaign Management: Innovate and execute captivating marketing campaigns and promotional events, maintaining and evolving Bloomex's brand identity.
- Partnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with local business communities and key corporate clients, fostering partnerships that enhance brand visibility.
- Market Analysis and Strategic Planning: Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategic marketing plans, collaborating with digital marketing teams to optimize online and offline strategies
- Reporting and Analytics: Regularly report on marketing initiatives, analyzing data to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance

- Demonstrable resourcefulness in high-stress situations
